Youtube has made an update which has changed a few things... The video itself is out of place, moving under the loading bar and leaving a black bar on top of the video. Compression conversion when uploading has become worse, making certain part of the video pixellated/ blurry. The fps has dropped, so now videos uploaded in 720p+ are choppy.

I'm currently uploading the full true quality video to MEGA and will give you alink to download. The difference is staggering.
